I've been driving past this place for ten years. I finally when in and enjoyed a fabulous cheese burger. Much more parking than I thought at first. This is a great little bar with good prices and great service. I will be back when I'm in the area again.

Great locals pub. It can get a little crowded and loud but I've always been able to find a spot to sit or stand until a table opens up. Food is always very good and service is great.

A small, cozy, excellent pub. Friendly service, decent beer and food selection, and overall friendly atmosphere. Similar to several other reviewers, we brought a group of about 40 people over here after our wedding just down the road. The ownership was incredibly accommodating, taking a food order well ahead of time and having everything ready to go when our guests arrived. All in all, we had a great experience here.

Decent pub food. Fries were disappointing. Mediocre service.

I was told this is the go-to place for pizza after hike in blue hills. At was upto the mark and had a great vibe and friendly service

Awesome little place. Great food and great staff. 13 bucks for tenders and fries, portions big enough to feed 2 people!

Great little dive bar tucked away off of 138. Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. After our wedding we brought a group of about 50-60 people back to Hillside for drinks and pizza. I ordered the pizzas ahead of time and Hillside prepared them for us even though we got there after the kitchen was closed. Everyone had a great time!

I’m probably shooting myself in the foot reviewing Hillside, because I really don’t want more people to know about this largely hidden gem. A cozy Irish pub in the truest sense of the word. Many regulars have brogues so thick you can barely make out the conversation. Super-efficient, friendly staff who have your well-poured beverage waiting for ya the moment you walk in. Food is amazingly all homemade in the teeny kitchen, from the turkey soup to delicious sandwiches to the tasty bar pizzas. And a fantastic value, too. If you want a proper pint, a great bite, and banter that’ll make you think you took a wrong turn in Cork, stop into the Hillside. If you can find it. (If not, that works for me.)

Great pub food also good service quick and efficient

Very Tiny. Very Friendly. Very Irish. Only things not tiny are the portions on the delicious fish&chips plate, and the TVs they show Soccer/Football on behind bar. Don't be discouraged by the location. It's worth a visit.

Often busy and great atmosphere. More of a drinking place than an eating place. Food is basic but decent.

I've come here far too many times to count over the past 6 years. Love the owners. The drinks are good and strong. Obsessed with their Irish pizza. I wish they would get some more craft beers though!

Nice local and Very busy Irish Pub. Just finished 18 holes and was recommended to this pub. We had cold beer and hot (and bbq) boneless wings. Very good!

Simple, delicious food. Buffalo wings were on point.

A small place but food is very good. The Irish pizza with bacon and ham and potato on it was delicious. And they make the Guinness right there. Also prices are very reasonable you will not be disappointed. Be prepared to wait for a little bit as it is a small spot and parking can be an issue but other than that the place is very good
